Crystal Moya

Crystal fills the role of Regional Vice President with The NRP Group, where she focuses on the financial performance, communication, motivation, team building, and strategic planning to assist in each Texas community’s operational success. Additionally, she serves on the TAA Executive Committee as Vice President at Large, the San Antonio Apartment Association Board and also serves as Secretary on the Rio Grande Valley Apartment Association Executive Board. Crystal is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and Specialist in Housing Management (SHCM). Crystal graduated cum laude from The University of Texas at San Antonio where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Along with her education and accreditations, Crystal has 20 years of property management experience -15 of those years have been focused in affordable housing.
