Choose a Membership Type for your company
Each year, we host many networking events, provide exceptional career development opportunities, and raise significant funds for advocacy efforts and our community initiatives. Our members include rental housing owners/developers/management companies, supplier companies, and professionals within the apartment industry. Unlike other associations, the "member" is your company, and anyone who works for the member company is automatically entitled to membership benefits! How cool is that? *If you are wanting to add a Property to your account, please contact csanchez@saaaonline.org Most properties are already listed in our system.
45 days before due date: Member receives initial invoice. 30 days before due date: Member receives first reminder notice. Due date: Member receives second reminder notice 30 days after due date: Member receives third and final notice. 45 days after due date: Member’s Blue Moon is deactivated until payment is received.
Membership Renewal Process
Owner/Management Member
A Business Entity or individual that owns, manages, or controls multifamily units or other rental housing units in the counties served by the Association.
$550.00 base membership per year $4.50 per unit per year
$50.00 new member processing fee
Member Benefits
The Association was started over 60 years ago so that the rental housing owners could have a stronger voice when governmental policies that impact the rental housing industry were formed and we now participate in the drafting of most of these types of city policies.

Our advocacy team has a strong presence at the local, state and national level, and our education classes are some of the best in the industry and have been nationally recognized.
Our Associate/Supplier members represent over 375 companies that specialize in doing business with the apartment industry, and by joining our organization have shown a commitment to our members and our efforts.
DUES ARE BASED ON TOTAL NUMBER OF UNITS OWNED/MANAGED IN THE SAAA SERVICE AREA. ALL INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITIES MUST BE JOINED.

Business Entity or individual that supplies products or services to the multifamily and rental housing industry.

An Independent Rental Owner (IRO) is someone who owns and is actively involved in the management of their properties in the counties served
