Cancellations Policy:
All cancellation requests must be emailed to education@saaaonline.org by cancellation date according to the registration confirmation email. Please note, if you are unable to attend the course and you have not canceled your registration, you are still responsible for any fees associated with cancellations/substitutions.
Non-cancellation fee: $25.00
Substitutions: All substitution requests must be emailed to education@saaaonline.org NO LATER than date located on registration confirmation emails. Substitutions will not be allowed after such date.
Walk-ins: Please be mindful that due to limited capacity and higher demand for complimentary non-certification classes as a member benefit, walk-ins are highly discouraged and could result in members making a trip with no seating available. SAAA must make pre-registered students and fire code safety our priorities. Thank you for your understanding.
