Course Registrations: All cancellation requests must be emailed to education@saaaonline.org by cancellation date according to the registration confirmation email. Please note, if you are unable to attend the course and you have not canceled your registration, you are still responsible for any fees associated with cancellations/substitutions.
Substitutions: All substitution requests must be emailed to education@saaaonline.org NO LATER than date located on registration confirmation email. Substitutions will not be allowed after such date.
You may cancel a registration for an event up to 14 days prior by submitting in writing to egarza@saaaonline.org.
Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
Tradeshow Booths: You may cancel a Tradeshow Booth reservation up to 30 business days prior to the event by submitting in writing to kbanks@saaaonline.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds will be honored.
PAC Events: There are no cancellations or refunds for any PAC event registration. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
