Cancellation policy
Registrations: You may cancel a registration for a program, class or event up to 14 days prior by submitting in writing to info@saaaonline.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
Tradeshow Booths: You may cancel a Tradeshow Booth reservation up to 30 business days prior to the event by submitting in writing to kbanks@saaaonline.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds will be honored.
PAC Events: There are no cancellations or refunds for any PAC event registration. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
The members of SAAA invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.
All membership applications for the SAAA must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join SAAA.
