Alexandra Jackiw Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship – Now Accepting Applications

To increase diversity and inclusion in the rental housing industry, Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM, Past President of the NAA Education Institute (NAAEI), established a scholarship fund to provide professional development opportunities for individuals from underrepresented groups.

Scholarship winners will have course registration fees covered for two NAAEI credential programs: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).

To be considered for the scholarship program, candidates must:

• Complete an application form including a résumé, personal statement and letter of reference from their supervisor or a senior-level employee at their company;
• Be a member of a racial/ethnic minority group, LGBTQ+, persons with a disability or a former or serving member of the military.
• Be employed full time as an early-to mid-level apartment industry professional.

The application period for this scholarship is now open.  All applications are due by Friday, July 30, 2021.
